Boston Terriers are friendly, affectionate dogs who thrive on human companionship. They come in all activity levels, from active to sedate. The adoption process ensures that the dog that is placed with you will complement your individual lifestyle. All you need to add is.....love!
The majority of their dogs are 2 to 5 years old, and with proper care, have a life expectancy of 12 to 14 years. Boston Terriers range in size from 12 to 35 pounds.

Australian Shepherds

A member of the herding group, aussies are highly intelligent, require a job and LOTS of exercise. Often mistaken for collies, shelties or border collies; aussies usually have a bobbed/docked tail. They can be solid, bi, or tri colored (red or blue, actually brown or black), or merled.

"Not enough time to exercise”
“Nipping toddler’s/cat’s heels”
“Dog escapes from yard often” and
“Didn’t realize how much attention dog would require”
are common reasons aussies are surrendered. With an abundance of energy and prey drive, aussies require plenty of daily exercise, and a job.

When people meet mine, they claim, “Oh! I want an aussie, too”. Realize they aren’t for everyone. They can be demanding, vocal, and at times down right annoying. I love all dogs, however; there is no other breed I'd rather share my life with, than the majestic, loving, comic, and brilliant Australian shepherd.
