We are so lucky to have two lovely Golden Rescues in Palm Beach County. This is one.
Everglades Golden Retriever Rescue
Who Are We?
Every EGRR volunteer is dedicated to finding quality homes for unwanted, stray or abandoned Golden Retrievers. Our other goals include educating the public about responsible pet ownership and the long lasting rewards of adopting a Golden Retriever. We do occasionally receive puppies under the age of one year; however, most of the dogs entering our program are older. They can range in age from one year to senior citizens of 10 years or older. Whatever the age, the pleasure derived from adopting one of these beautiful dogs, is immeasurable.

Our Mission
Everglades Golden Retriever Rescue, Inc. is an all volunteer, non-profit organization, dedicated to providing veterinary care, comprehensive evaluation and adoptive homes for Golden Retrievers who are abandoned, mistreated, neglected or left at Animal Control facilities throughout Southern Florida from Vero Beach to Key West. Rescue services are also provided to Goldens in acute need of placement due to compelling family circumstances. EGRR also provides education to the community regarding ethical and responsible breeding practices as well as the care of the purebred Golden Retriever.
